Scope and Content Not Covered by Three Guarantees

1. From the date of purchase, those beyond the specified "Three Guarantees" period and scope are deemed to be beyond the "Three Guarantees" service.

2. Failures caused by users not using, maintaining and adjusting correctly according to this user manual.

3. Damage caused by users not repairing at designated authorized service network, self-disassembly and modification, as well as self-decomposition that destroys the original state of the failure.

4. Damage caused by smoke, drugs, chemical corrosion, etc., and failures and damage caused by irresistible factors such as earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, etc.

5. Failures caused by human factors such as car collisions, falls, overloading, speeding, unauthorized modification, not using original parts, not operating according to instructions, etc.

6. Vehicles without warranty card, valid sales receipt or inconsistent receipt and card.

7. Chargers, controllers, etc. with trademarks and seals that are manually torn are not covered by three guarantees, and lock keys broken inside are not covered by three guarantees.

8. Battery undercharging, bulging, soaking, and damage caused by external factors are not covered by three guarantees.

9. Wearing parts and consumables are not covered by "Three Guarantees" (such as: flywheel, bearings, pedals, chainrings, chain adjusters, tires, various locks, various lamps, bulbs, fuses, brake pads, brake cables, spokes, rearview mirrors, bumpers and whole vehicle plastic parts, etc. are not covered by three guarantees).

10. All parts replaced during the warranty period do not implement cycle three guarantees, and their warranty period is still calculated based on the original three guarantees period.
